REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –
1. Technician “C”: A passed with minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in HSC (Physics, Chemistry & Maths) or Minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in SSC (Science & Maths)./ ITI Certificate of not less than 1 year duration in respective trade (Draughtsman [Civil] / Mason / Welder / Painter / Draughtsman [Mechanical] / Computer Operator and Programming Assistant / Glass Blower / Boiler Attendant)/ 4 years of experience in the relevant trade after completion of the ITI course is mandatory.
2. Stipendiary Trainee Category – II: A passed with minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in HSC (Physics, Chemistry & Maths) or Minimum 60% marks (in aggregate) in SSC (Science & Maths)/ ITI Certificate of not less than 2 year duration in respective trade (Electrician / Refrigeration & AC Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Millwright Fitter / Machinist / Turner / Mechanical Machine Tool Maintenance) OR ITI in the relevant trade of one year duration plus one year relevant experience after completion of the course.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
Technician “B & C”: Rs.5200 –20200/-+GP Rs.2000/-Rs.2400/-.
Stipendiary Trainees Category II: They will have to undergo a training of 2 years’ duration. The training programme will comprise of six months theoretical (class room) training and 18 months of on the job training. Stipend payable during training Rs.6200/= per month for 1st year and Rs.7200/= per month for 2nd year. After training they will be placed in Technician group “B”.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s age should be as per Govt rules – max 22/27 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: A non refundable Application fee as per category, the given amount is to be paid by eligible candidate. Refer notification.
