NOTIFICATION: Indian Army inviting online applications for filling up various vacant posts of Medical Officers for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in the Armed Forces Medical Services in various disciplines from eligible and interested willing candidates. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: A passed of medical qualification included in First/Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of IMC Act 1956. The applicant must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/MCI. Post graduate degree/diploma holders i.e. MD/MS/ MCH/DM/DNB/DLO/DOMS/DA may also apply.
Note: Only those candidates who have completed/completing their internship on or before 31 MAY 2016 need to apply.
PAY SCALE: Rs.17160-39100/-+ Grade pay Rs. 6100/- +Military Service Pay (MSP) Rs. 6000/-.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 45 years as on 31-12-2016.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. Rs. 200/- will be charged from the applicants towards application processing.
