REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Executive Trainee (HR): A passed of two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma/ MBA in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Work (with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from any recognized Institute / University with not less than 60% marks.
2. Executive Trainee (Environment Management): A passed of two years full time Masters Degree in Environmental Science / Natural Resource Management/ Environmental Engineering or equivalent with First Class from any recognised Institute / University.
3. Executive Trainee (Social Management): A passed of two years full time Masters Degree in Social Work with First class from any recognized Institute / University.
4. Assistant Officer Trainee (Public Relations): A passed of Graduate with full time PG Degree or Diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Journalism with 60% Marks from any recognized Institute / University.
NOTE: Final year / Semester students of academic year 2015-16, who expect their results by 14-08-2016 may also be considered eligible to apply.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
1. Executive Trainee: During 01 year Training Period - the pay scale of Rs. 24900-50500. After successful completion of training, the approximate CTC Rs. 14.44 lakhs Per Annum.
2. Assistant Officer Trainee (PR): 01 year Training period, the selection candidates will be paid consolidated stipend of Rs. 24500/- per month. After completion of training, the pay scale of Rs. 20600 - 46500/-. The approximate CTC after regularization shall be Rs. 12 lakhs per annum.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 28 years as on 31-12-2015.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. Refer notification.
