NOTIFICATION: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur (West Bengal) (A Government of India Undertaking) inviting online applications for filling up 226 vacant posts of Operator-cum-Technician, Attendant-cum-Technician & Specialist / Medical Officers for its Integrated Steel Plant at Burnpur in West Bengal from eligible and interested willing candidates. 2. Attendant-cum-Technician: 80 Posts.

3. Specialist / Medical Officer: 12 Posts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Operator-cum-Technician: A passed of Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical disciplines from any Govt. recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
2. Attendant-cum-Technician: A passed of Matriculation and ITI (full time) in Fitter/ Electrician trades from Govt. recognised Institute OR Matriculation with Heavy Duty Vehicle Driving Licence and having at least 1 year experience in operation of Dumpers& Dozers, etc.
3. Specialist / Medical Officer: A passed of MBBS with MD / MS or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline from any University/Institute recognized by the MCI and with atleast 3 years post qualification experience after MD/MS.
REQUIRED AGE: Candidate’s max age as on 05-08-2016 –
1. Operator-cum-Technician & Attendant-cum-Technician: 28 years.
2. Specialist / Medical Officer: 37 years/30 years.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. Rs. 250/- for OCT & ACT and Rs 500/- for all other posts to be paid by General & OBC candidates through SBI Challan near by SBI branch.
