NOTIFICATION: Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL), (A Government of India Undertaking) inviting online applications for filling up 107 vacant posts of Security Agents through Walk-in-Interview on 05 & 06-01-2017 from eligible and interested willing candidates. PLACE OF POSTING: All India (Chennai, Hyderabad and Kerala).
NO OF VACANCIES: 107 vacant posts of Security Agents in Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL).
Region Wise Vacancies –
1. Chennai: 25 posts.
2. Hyderabad: 45 posts.
3. Kerala: 37 posts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Candidates should possess valid basic AVSEC Certificate and/or Screener Certificate or Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years duration) from any recognized University with ability to speak Hindi, English and conversant with local language.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 14610/- PM. On acquiring/ having valid Basic AVSEC qualification & X-BIS Certification will be paid additional allowance i.e Rs. 1000/- and for BASIC AVSEC will be paid Rs. 1500/- for X-BIS Certification.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should not exceed 28 years as on 01-12-2016 born between 02.12.1988 and 01.12.1998 for AIATSL Security Agent Recruitment 2017 Application.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. General & OBC candidate who are applying for AIATSL Security Agent Jobs they should have deposit a demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of “Air India Ltd.” payable at Chennai.
There is no need to pay application fee by SC/ ST & Ex-Serviceman candidates.
POST RESERVATION: All reserved category candidates ie. SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ Women/Ex Servicemen/Widows etc (as applicable) are being selected for said post/s as per existing Govt policy/rules.
SELECTION PROCESS: Applicants who are screened for applicability /eligibility are being selected as per organization policy/rules depending on the basis of their performance Physical Endurance Test and Written Examination & Interview. The Physical Endurance Test (PET) will comprising running of 100 meters in 16 seconds or 1000 meters in 4.5 minutes as opted by candidate on same day. Those candidate who qualify in PET Test will be under go for Written Examination.
Candidate with Valid Basic AVSEC and/ or Screened Certificate On: 05-01-2017 – For Physical Endurance Test (PET) followed by Written Exam.
Candidate without Basic AVSEC and/ or Screened Certificate On: 06-01-2017 – For Physical Endurance Test (PET).
Written Exam: 07-01-2017.
Venue of Interview: Air India Sports Stadium Air India Staff Housing Colony Meenambakkam Chennai-600 027.
Date of Interview: 05 & 06-01-2017 at 07.00 AM to 11.00 AM.
