NOTIFICATION: Staff Selection Commission (SSC), New Delhi (A Government of India Undertaking) inviting online applications for filling up 8300 vacant posts of Multi Tasking (Non Technical) Staffs (MTS) in various departments & ministries from eligible and interested willing candidates. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A passed of 10th / Matriculation Examination or equivalent from any recognized Board.
PAY SCALE: Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1800/- for SSC MTS Application form 2016-17 Notification.
AGE LIMIT: 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2017.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: A non refundable application fee of Rs.100/- by General & OBC candidates either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI bank challan by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI, Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card up to 25-01-2017.
No Fee from SC/ST/Women/PH/EXSM candidates.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Examination & Skill Test. The written examination will consist of (Paper-I) objective type paper and (Paper-II) descriptive type. A Common Examination (Paper-I & Paper- II) for all applicants for posts in different States / UTs will be held on subsequent dates.
