The candidate should possess minimum 2 Years Post qualification relevant work experience in Finance functions.
2. Assistant Superintendent (Finance): A passed of Graduate having passed Intermediate examination/ IPCC Examination from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 Years Post qualification relevant work experience in Finance functions.
3. Assistant Superintendent (Import/Export): A passed of Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) OR Graduate in Science/Commerce with certification in International Trade / EXIM from a recognized University / Institute. Desirable Qualification - 2 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing or International Trade/Foreign Trade from a recognized University /Institute. Work Experience - The candidate should possess minimum 2 years Post qualification relevant work experience. In case if candidates are having 2-years full time PG Degree / Diploma in Marketing/International Business, minimum one year Post qualification relevant work experience is required.
4. Desirable Qualification - 2/3 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR / MIRPM / MBA / MSW / MHRM /LLB/B.L. Certificate course on Supervisory development offered by National Productivity Council or other Institutions recognized by Government of India. Work Experience - The candidate should possess minimum 2 Years Post qualification relevant work experience in HR function.
7. Technical Assistant (Quality Assurance): A passed of full time Diploma in Mechanical / Shipbuilding Engineering. Desirable Qualification - Computer Proficiency. Work Experience - The candidate should possess 7 years relevant work experience in Quality Assurance Department in any reputed Shipbuilding firms and knowledge of interpreting radiographic weld exposures would be preferable.
8. EDP/ERP Assistant Grade II: A passed of full time Diploma in IT / Electronics / Software. Desirable Qualification - Candidate should have experience in support & service of Computer hardware /software & Networking with knowledge on IT Security, Services on data Center availability, Scheduling backups, internet / Data leased lines. Work Experience - The candidate should possess minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
9. EDP/ERP Assistant Grade II: A passed of full time Diploma in IT / Electronics / Software. Desirable Qualification - Candidate should have experience in support & service of Computer hardware/software & Networking with knowledge on IT Security, Services on data Center availability, Scheduling backups, internet / Data leased lines. Work Experience - The candidate should possess minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
10. Civil Assistant Grade II: A passed of 3 years full time Diploma Course in Civil Engineering with minimum 02 years’ experience in the line. Experience in Civil Construction work with bigger construction companies/ Marine construction companies is essential.
11. Office Assistant (Hindi): A passed of Degree in any discipline with Hindi typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (i.e. Lower Typing) with 01 year certificate course in computer applications and 01 year on the job training in GSL or minimum one year experience in the line. In case of BCA / B.Sc. in Computer, separate certificate in computer applications is not required. Desirable - English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (i.e. Lower typing).
12. Junior Hindi Translator: A passed of Degree (wherein Hindi and English are the subjects taken) and a diploma in Hindi translation from recognized institute/ university or a master's degree in Hindi from a recognized institute/ university. Desirable - 01 year experience of translation of procedural and Non- procedural literatures from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central / State Govt. offices including Govt. of India undertaking. Further the candidate should have knowledge of Konkani and Marathi languages.
13. Office Assistant: A passed of Degree in any discipline with typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (i.e. Lower Typing) with 01 year certificate course in computer applications and 01 year on the job training in GSL or minimum one year experience in the line. In case of BCA / B.Sc. in Computer, separate certificate in computer applications is not required.
14. Commercial Assistant: A passed of Graduate degree in Science/ Commerce (BCom) with minimum 1 year experience in handling communication with commercial firms in medium / large size Shipbuilding / Heavy Industries / CHA. They should be conversant with typing on computer and handling computer applications like Word / Power Point with 01 year certificate course in computer applications.
15. Diploma Trainee (Shipbuilding Engg.): A passed of 04 years full time Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering from a reputed and recognized Institute. The Selected candidate will be inducted as Trainee for a period of one year extendable by another one year. During the training period, he/she will be paid a stipend of ₹ 8000/- per month during the first year and ₹ 8500/- per month during the second year if training is extended for 2nd year. After successful completion of the training period based on his/her performance and considering the training period as experience, the candidate may be absorbed in W - 6 Grade i.e. ₹ 6600-3%-22200 as Technical Assistant Gr. II (Shipbuilding) on regular basis subject to availability of the vacancies. Desirable - Ability to work on Auto CAD and 02 years’ experience in the line.
16. Technical Assistant Grade II: A passed of 4 years full time Diploma Course in concerned Engineering disicpline with minimum 02 years’ experience in the line. Desirable - Ability to work on Auto CAD.
17. Diploma Trainee: A passed of 03 years full time Diploma in concerned Engineering discipline from a reputed and recognized Institute.
18. Trainee Shipwright Fitter: A passed of ITI and NCTVT or ITI in Fitter General Trade.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
For Post (1 to 6): Rs.9000/- -3%- Rs.23300/-.
For Post (7): Rs.7000/- -3%- Rs.24270/-.
For Post (8 to 10, 18, 22, 24): Rs.6600/- -3%- Rs.22200/-.
For Post (11 to 16): Rs.6200/- -3%- Rs.20270/-.
For Post (17, 19 to 21, 23, 25): Rs.8000/- per month (During Training Period).
For Post (26, 27): Rs.7000/- & Rs.7500/- (1st & 2nd year).

7. Technical Assistant (Quality Assurance): A passed of full time Diploma in Mechanical / Shipbuilding Engineering. Desirable Qualification - Computer Proficiency. Work Experience - The candidate should possess 7 years relevant work experience in Quality Assurance Department in any reputed Shipbuilding firms and knowledge of interpreting radiographic weld exposures would be preferable.
8. EDP/ERP Assistant Grade II: A passed of full time Diploma in IT / Electronics / Software. Desirable Qualification - Candidate should have experience in support & service of Computer hardware /software & Networking with knowledge on IT Security, Services on data Center availability, Scheduling backups, internet / Data leased lines. Work Experience - The candidate should possess minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
9. EDP/ERP Assistant Grade II: A passed of full time Diploma in IT / Electronics / Software. 10. Civil Assistant Grade II: A passed of 3 years full time Diploma Course in Civil Engineering with minimum 02 years’ experience in the line. Experience in Civil Construction work with bigger construction companies/ Marine construction companies is essential.
11. Office Assistant (Hindi): A passed of Degree in any discipline with Hindi typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (i.e. Lower Typing) with 01 year certificate course in computer applications and 01 year on the job training in GSL or minimum one year experience in the line. In case of BCA / B.Sc. in Computer, separate certificate in computer applications is not required. Desirable - English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (i.e. Lower typing).
12. Junior Hindi Translator: A passed of Degree (wherein Hindi and English are the subjects taken) and a diploma in Hindi translation from recognized institute/ university or a master's degree in Hindi from a recognized institute/ university. Desirable - 01 year experience of translation of procedural and Non- procedural literatures from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central / State Govt. offices including Govt. of India undertaking. Further the candidate should have knowledge of Konkani and Marathi languages.
13. Office Assistant: A passed of Degree in any discipline with typing speed of 30 w.p.m. (i.e. Lower Typing) with 01 year certificate course in computer applications and 01 year on the job training in GSL or minimum one year experience in the line. In case of BCA / B.Sc. in Computer, separate certificate in computer applications is not required.
14. Commercial Assistant: A passed of Graduate degree in Science/ Commerce (BCom) with minimum 1 year experience in handling communication with commercial firms in medium / large size Shipbuilding / Heavy Industries / CHA. They should be conversant with typing on computer and handling computer applications like Word / Power Point with 01 year certificate course in computer applications.
15. Diploma Trainee (Shipbuilding Engg.): A passed of 04 years full time Diploma in Shipbuilding Engineering from a reputed and recognized Institute. The Selected candidate will be inducted as Trainee for a period of one year extendable by another one year. During the training period, he/she will be paid a stipend of ₹ 8000/- per month during the first year and ₹ 8500/- per month during the second year if training is extended for 2nd year. After successful completion of the training period based on his/her performance and considering the training period as experience, the candidate may be absorbed in W - 6 Grade i.e. ₹ 6600-3%-22200 as Technical Assistant Gr. II (Shipbuilding) on regular basis subject to availability of the vacancies. Desirable - Ability to work on Auto CAD and 02 years’ experience in the line.
16. Technical Assistant Grade II: A passed of 4 years full time Diploma Course in concerned Engineering disicpline with minimum 02 years’ experience in the line. Desirable - Ability to work on Auto CAD.
17. Diploma Trainee: A passed of 03 years full time Diploma in concerned Engineering discipline from a reputed and recognized Institute.
18. Trainee Shipwright Fitter: A passed of ITI and NCTVT or ITI in Fitter General Trade.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
For Post (1 to 6): Rs.9000/- -3%- Rs.23300/-.
For Post (7): Rs.7000/- -3%- Rs.24270/-.
For Post (8 to 10, 18, 22, 24): Rs.6600/- -3%- Rs.22200/-.
For Post (11 to 16): Rs.6200/- -3%- Rs.20270/-.
For Post (17, 19 to 21, 23, 25): Rs.8000/- per month (During Training Period).
For Post (26, 27): Rs.7000/- & Rs.7500/- (1st & 2nd year).
