EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Industrial Employee (Semi – Skilled): A passed of 10th / High School and they should also possess either NAC (National Apprentice Certificate) or NTC (National Trade Certificate) issued by NCVT (National Council For Vocational Training)
2. Labour: A passed of 10th / High School from any Institute/Board recognized.
PAY SCALE: As per Govt. rules - Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs. 1800/- (pre-revised), Entry Level Pay in 7th CPC Rs.18000/- +Allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 32 years as on 10-07-2017 for OFB Recruitment 4110 Semi-Skilled grade Industrial Employees.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
