EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Junior Trainee Mechanical: A passed of Matric / SSC + full time ITI (Fitter, Machinist, Mill Wright, Turner)/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering conducted by State Board of Technical Education & Training.
2. Junior Trainee Electrical: A passed of Matric / SSC + Full time ITI in Electrician /Diploma in Electrical Engineering conducted by State Board of Technical Education & Training.
3. Junior Trainee Metallurgy: A passed of Matric / SSC + Full time Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering conducted by State Board of Technical Education & Training.
4. Field Assistant Trainee: A passed of Intermediate, ITI from any recognized Board.
PAY SCALE: During Training, Junior Trainee will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,700/- (consolidated) during the first year and a monthly stipend of Rs.12,200 (consolidated) during the remaining period of training and Field Assistant Trainees Rs.8,600 (consolidated) during the first year and a monthly stipend of Rs.10,000 (consolidated) during the remaining period of training. After training successful selected candidates will be offered a pay scale as per details given below -
