EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. ANM: A passed of certified diploma in Nursing/Midwife by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing/Midwife Council of State/GoI Registration from State Nursing /Midwife Council.
2. Staff Nurse: A passed of 3 year 06 Month Certified diploma in General Nursing or B.Sc Nursing by any recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State /GoI with registration from State Nursing Council.
3. PRO: A passed of Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Social work / Anthropology/Human Development/Business Administration/Public Health or equivalent from any recognized University/Institute.
4. Lab Technician: A passed of Intermediate and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from any recognized Institute/Board.
5. Lab Attendant: A passed of 10th Class from any recognized Institute/Board.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. ANM: Rs. 10395/- to Rs. 12128/- Per Month.
2. Staff Nurse: Rs. 18150/- to Rs. 20013/- Per Month.
3. PRO: Rs. 20000/- Per Month.
4. Lab Technician: Rs. 11000/- to Rs. 18000/- Per Month.
5. Lab Attendant: Rs. 8000/- Per Month.
AGE LIMIT: As per NRHM rules - Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 40 years as on 01-01-2017 for NHM UP Recruitment 2017 National Health Mission for 4688 ANM Jobs.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
