EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Foremen (Electrical): A passed of Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60 marks from any recognized Board /Institute/ University with required experience in relevant discipline.
2. Foremen (Instrumentation): A passed of Diploma in Engineering in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control Electronics Instrumentation Electrical Instrumentation / Electronics /Electrical & Electronics with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognized Board/Institute/ University with required experience in relevant discipline.
3. Junior Chemist: A passed of Master’s Degree (M. Sc) in Chemistry with minimum of 55% marks from any recognized Board/Institute/ University with required experience in relevant discipline.
4. Junior Superintendent (Official Language): A passed of full time Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 03 years duration in Hindi Literature with minimum 55% marks and Degree or Diploma in translation in Hindi to English and visa-versa from any recognized Board/Institute/ University with required experience in relevant discipline.
5. Assistant (Store & Purchase): A passed of full time Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 03 years duration with minimum 55% marks from any recognized Board/Institute/ University with required experience in relevant discipline.
6. Accounts Assistant: A passed of full time Bachelor’s Degree of minimum of 03 years duration in Commerce (B.Com) with minimum 55% marks from any recognized Board/Institute/ University with required experience in relevant discipline.

PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. S-5 Rs.14500-36000/- Rs. 14500 /- pm.
