NOTIFICATION: Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLC) (A Govt. of India Undertaking) inviting online applications for filling up 460 vacant posts of Graduate and Technician Apprentices under the Apprentices Act in various disciplines under the Apprentices Act, 1961 from eligible and interested willing candidates of Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and the Union Territories of Puducherry and Laksha Deep residents. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -

1. Technician Apprenticeship Training (TAT): A passed of Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST). For Commercial Practice - Diploma in Commercial Practice with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) from any recognized University.

2. Graduate Apprentice Training (GAT): A passed of Graduate in Engineering in the respective discipline with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) from any recognized University.

OTHER ELIGIBILITY -

(1) Candidates belonging to the States of Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and the Union Territories of Puducherry and Laksha Dew only are eligible.

(2) Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam on or after 01-04-2015.

(3) Candidates should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in NLC or elsewhere.

(4) Candidates should not have experience of one year or more in any job.

AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s age should be as per rules for NLC Recruitment 2018 for Technician/ Graduate Apprenticeship Training 460 Posts.

AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.

PAY SCALE: As per details given below -

1. Technician Apprenticeship Training (TAT): Rs.3542/- p.m. (inclusive of all).

2. Graduate Apprenticeship Training (GAT): Rs. 4984/- p.m. (inclusive of all).

POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
