NOTIFICATION: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Pipelines Division, New Delhi (A Government of India Undertaking) inviting online applications for filling up 32 non-executives technical vacant posts of Engineering Assistants (Electrical / Mechanical / T&I) and Technical Attendants in Technical Cadre in various Pipelines locations tentatively in the States of Assam, Bihar, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab, Gujarat and Rajasthan from eligible and interested willing candidates. Post/Region Wise Vacancies –
1. Engineering Assistants (Electrical / Mechanical / T&I): 22 posts - Eastern Region Pipelines - 14, Northern Region Pipelines - 03, Western Region Pipelines - 02, Southern Region Pipelines - 01, Southern Eastern Region Pipelines – 01.
2. Technical Attendant-I: 10 posts - Eastern Region Pipelines - 04, Northern Region Pipelines - 04, Western Region Pipelines - 01, Southern Region Pipelines - 01, Southern Eastern Region Pipelines – 01.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Engineering Assistant (Mechanical) Grade-IV: A passed of 3 years full time Diploma (or 2 years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum 1 year duration) in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute. Minimum percentage of marks - 55% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates for the posts reserved for them).
2. Engineering Assistant (Electrical) Grade-IV: A passed of 3 years full time Diploma (or 2 years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum 1 year duration) in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute. Minimum percentage of marks - 55% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST candidates for the posts reserved for them).
3. Engineering Assistant (T&I) Grade-IV: A passed of 3 years full time Diploma (or 2 years through lateral entry after ITI of minimum 1 year duration) in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering OR Electronics & Radio Communication Engineering OR Instrumentation & Control Engineering OR Instrumentation & Process Control Engineering OR Electronics Engineering from a Govt. recognized Institute. Minimum percentage of marks - 55% marks (Pass marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates for the posts reserved for them).
4. Technical Attendent-1 Grade-I: A passed of 10th Class with ITI in concerned trade from a Govt. recognized Institute. Candidates should possess Trade Certificate / National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by SCVT/NCVT.
PAY SCALE: 1. Salary Grade for the post of Engineering Assistant (Mechanical), Engineering Assistant (Electrical) and Engineering Assistant (T&I) shall be Grade IV in the Pay Scale of Rs. 11900-32000/-.
2. Salary Grade for the post of Technical Attendant-I shall be Grade I in the Pay Scale of Rs.10500-24500/-.
3. Basic Pay, D.A., HRA and such other benefits shall be admissible as per the rules of the Corporation.
4. Pay scales are under revision.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years – 26 years as on 26-12-2017 for IOCL Recruitment 2018 Apply Online for 32 Engineering Assistant Jobs.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non- refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. An amount of Rs. 100/- to be paid by General & OBC candidates through SBI e-collect.
No application fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD /EXM categories.

Test shall be held tentatively on: 11th February 2018 (Sunday).
Tentative dates for SPPT for all disciplines: 12-02-2018 to 14-02-2018.
