1. Radiation Safety Officer, (Radiotherapy) Class – I (Gazetted): 02 Posts.
2. Drug Inspector, Class – II (Gazetted): 13 Posts.
3. Ayurvedic Medical Officer, Class – I (Gazetted): 100 Posts.
4. Agriculture Development Officer, Class – I (Gazetted): 56 Posts.
5. Director, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering & Allied Sports, Manali, Class – I (Gazetted): 01 Post.
6. Law Officer, Class – II (Gazetted): 01 Post.
7. Senior Planning Draughtsman, Class – II (Non – Gazetted) Sub Editor, Class – II (Non – Gazetted): 01 Post.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Assistant Professors: A passed of a recognized medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part-II of the third schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualification(s) included in part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section-13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. A Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty mentioned in Part-A of Annexure-II or its equivalent qualifications. At least 3 years teaching experience as Lecturer / Registrar /Demonstrator/ Resident after doing post-graduation in the concerned specialty in any recognized Medical College.
Note: All Medical Teachers must possess a basic University or equivalent qualifications included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. They should also be registered under the State / Central Medical Registration Act.
2. Radiation Safety Officer: A passed of Post-graduate degree in physics from any govt recognized University or Institution.
3. Drug Inspector: A passed of a Bachelor’ degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Chemistry or a Post graduation degree in chemistry.
4. Ayurvedic Medical Officer: A passed of a Graduate degree in Ayurveda with not less than 05 years of experience.
5. Agriculture Development Officer, Class-I (Gazetted) (on Contract basis): A passed of B.Sc. (Agriculture) under 4 years Programme and M.Sc. (Agr.) 2nd Class from any College/ University recognized by the State / Central Government / ICAR. Desirable Qualifications - M.Sc. (Agriculture) 1st Class or above.
6. Others Posts: A passed of Bachelor‟s Degree/Basic Course of Mountaineering with Grade “A”/ Bachelor degree in Law/ B. Tech. Degree in Urban/ City/ Town/ Regional Planning or Bachelor of Planning or B. Tech. in Planning or Bachelor‟s Degree in Architecture from any recognized University or an Institute duly recognized by the Central/ H.P Government/ Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Relations & Advertising.
NOTE: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. Assistant Professor: Rs. 37400 – 67000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8900/-.
2. Radiation Safety Officer, (Radiotherapy): Rs. 10300 – 34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-.
3. Drug Inspector: Rs. 10300 – 34800/ – + + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/ – (Contractual emoluments will be paid per month as applicable).
4. Ayurvedic Medical Officer: Contractual emoluments - Rs. 19,125/ – per month.
5. Agriculture Development Officer: Rs. 10300 – 34800/ – + Grade Pay Rs. 5000/– (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs. 15,300/ – p.m.).
6. Director: Fixed contractual emoluments - Rs. 21,450/- p.m.
7. Law Officer: Rs.10300 – 34800/ – + Grade Pay Rs. 4400/ – (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs.14,700/ – p.m.).
8. Senior Planning Draughtsman: Rs.10300 – 34800/ – + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/ – (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs.14,500/ – p.m.).
9. Sub Editor: Rs.10300 – 34800/ – + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/ – (Fixed contractual emoluments: Rs.14,500/ – p.m.).
AGE LIMIT: As per details given below as on 09-07-2018 -
1. Assistant Professor: 45 years and below.
2. Radiation Safety Officer, (Radiotherapy): 45 years and below.
3. Drug Inspector: 18 to 45 years.
4. Ayurvedic Medical Officer: 45 years and below.
5. Agriculture Development Officer: 45 years and below.
6. Director: 56 years and below.
7. Law Officer: 18 to 45 years.
8. Senior Planning Draughtsman: 18 to 45 years.
