NOTIFICATION: High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla inviting online applications for filling up 80 vacant posts of Clerk, Stenographer Grade-III, Judgment Writer, Junior Office Assistant (IT) and Process Server on permanent & contractual basis from eligible and interested willing candidates. NO OF POSTS: 80 vacant posts of Clerk, Stenographer Grade-III, Judgment Writer, Junior Office Assistant (IT) and Process Server in High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.

1- Clerk (Class-III): 31 posts - {22 (On regular basis) & 09 (On contract basis)}.

2- Stenographer Gr.-III (Steno typist) (Class-III): 06 posts.

3- Judgment Writer (Class-III): 21 posts.

4- Junior Office Assistant (IT) (On Contract basis) (Class-III): 02 posts.

5- Process Server (Class-IV): 20 posts - (01 on contract basis).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –

1- Clerk (Class-III): A passed of Graduate degree from any recognized Board/University.

2- Process Server (Class-IV): A passed of 10+2 examination from any recognized Board/ University.

3- Junior Office Assistant: A passed of a B.Tech Degree OR MCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ PGDCA OR 10+2 plus Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)/ Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) OR ITI Diploma in Computers from any recognized Board/University 2 years experience as System Assistant or Computer Desktop Engineer or on higher post.

4- Judgment Writer (Class-III): A passed of of Graduate degree from any recognized Board/University/candidate should have knowledge of speed of 80 Words per Minute (W.P.M.) in English Stenography & typing speed of 40 Words per minute (W.P.M) in English on computers.

5- Stenographer Gr.-III (Steno-typist) (Class-III): A passed of Graduate degree from any recognized Board/University/candidate should have knowledge of speed of 80 Words per Minute (W.P.M.) in English Stenography & typing speed of 40 Words per minute (W.P.M) in English on computers.

PAY SCALE: As per details given below -

1. Process Server (Class-IV): Rs.4900-10680/- + Grade pay Rs.1400/-.

2. Judgment Writer (Class-III): Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.2000/-.

3. Junior Office Assistant (on contract basis): Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.1950/

4. Stenographer Gr.-III (Steno-typist) (Class-III): Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.2000/-.

5. Clerk (Class-III): Rs.5910-20200/- + Grade pay Rs.1900/-.

AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 45 years as on 01-01-2017 for HP High Court Recruitment 2018 latest 80 Clerk, Steno & Other Posts.
