To be getting selected in this organization screened candidates will have to pass in written exam and trade test / swimming test conducted by authorized officials. Selected candidates will be paid a handsome salary (Basic Pay + Grade Pay + DA + other applicable usual allowances) as per Govt. rules. NO OF POSTS: 46 vacant posts of Inland Dredge Master, Drivers, Master and Dredge Control Operator in Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) भारतीय अन्तर्देशीय जलमार्ग प्राधिकरण, Noida.
Post Wise Vacancies –
1. Inland Dredge Master: 04 posts.
2. License Engine Driver: 02 posts.
3. Dredge Control Operator: 07 posts.
4. Master 2nd Class: 10 posts.
5. Driver 1st Class: 18 posts.
6. Master 3rd Class: 05 posts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Inland Dredge Master: A passed of Matriculation Pass (Or) 5 years experience in operation of Dredgers (Or) Petty Officer from Technical Branch of Indian Navy (Or) SR II certificate holders (Or) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, License Engine Driver, Matriculation Certificate and certificate of competency as Licence Engine Driver with knowledge of Swimming.
2. Licence Engine Driver: A passed of Matriculation Certificate or equivalent from any recognized Board/ University/Certificate of competency as Licence Engine Driver and should know Swimming.
3. Dredge Control Operator: A passed of Matriculation Pass (Or) Certificate of competency as Driver (Or) Petty Officer from Technical Branch of Indian Navy (Or) Diploma In Mechanical/ Electrical Engg (Or) with knowledge of Swimming.
4. Master 2nd Class: Certificate of competency as Master 2nd Class with knowledge of Swimming.
5. Driver 1st Class: Certificate of competency as Driver 1st Class with knowledge of Swimming.
6. Master 3rd Class: Certificate of competency as Master 3rd Class (Sarang) with knowledge of Swimming.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1. Inland Dredge Master: Level 7 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC and pre-revised Pay Band –II of Rs. 9300- 34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-.
2. License Engine Driver: Level 6 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC and re-revised Pay Band –II of Rs. 9300- 34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.
3. Dredge Control Operator: level 6 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC and pre-revised Pay Band –II of Rs. 9300- 34800/- + Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.
4. Master 2nd Class: level 4 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC and pre-revised Pay Band –IV of 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-.
5. Driver 1st Class: level 4 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC and pre-revised Pay Band –I of 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-.
6. Master 3rd Class: level 4 in the pay matrix as per 7th CPC, and pre-revised Pay Band –IV of 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.1900/-.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years –30/35 years as on 20-12-2017/ 21-12-2018 for IWAI Recruitment 2018 | 46 Master, Driver & Control Operator Posts.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
