EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A passed of a Post-Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics or a Bachelor's Degree with Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subject or a Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
AGE LIMIT: A candidate must have the age in between of 21 years and 30 years as on 01-01-2019 i.e he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1989 and not later than 1st August, 1998.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable as per the Govt. rules for SC/ ST /OBC category candidates for UPSC Recruitment 2019 Apply for 65 Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Posts.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS: Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to the Examination, 2019 as per Regulations given in Appendix-II of the rules for the Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Examination, 2019 in Gazette of India dated 20th March, 2019.
