4. Manager (Risk Management) – 50 Posts.
5. Senior Manager (Risk Management) – 05 Posts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1. Senior Manager (Risk Management) MMGS- III: A passed of Graduate with mathematics /Statistics from any recognized University with minimum 3years of experience is needed.
2. Manager (Risk Management) MMGS-II: A passed of full time M.Sc. Mathematics/Statistics from any recognized University with one year of post qualification experience.
3. Manager (Law) (MMG Scale-II): A passed of a bachelor Degree in Law (LLB). Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council and minimum 3 years experience of practice at Bar or Judicial service and / or minimum 2 years as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank or the Central / State Government or of a Public Sector Undertaking and candidates should produce a certificate of having requisite post qualification work experience from the Court / Bar Council / Organization.
4. Manager (IS Audit) MMGS-II: A passed of Graduate with minimum 60% marks with CISA-compulsory, OSCP/CEH from any recognized University and required experience in concerned discipline.
5. Security Officer (MMGS-II): A passed of Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University wth minimum 5 years as Junior Commissioned Officer and equivalent in the Indian Army/ Navy/Air Force OR 5 years as a Police Officer in the rank of Inspector OR an Officer of identical rank in Paramilitary Forces with minimum 5 years service.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 25 years –35/45 years as on 01-02-2019 for Syndicate Bank Specialist Officer Exam 2019 SO 129 Recruitment Notification -
1. Manager (Risk Management)- 25 years to 35 years.
2. Manager (Law)- 25 years to 35 years.
3. Security Officer (SO)- 25 years to 45 years including relaxation.

PAY SCALE: As per Govt. rules -

Allowances: DA, HRA, CCA etc. will be paid as per Bank’s rules in force from time to time depending upon place of posting. Medical, LTC, Defined Contributory Retirement Benefit, Gratuity etc will be admissible as per prevailing Bank’s rules.
