Disciplin Wise Vacancies –
1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 246 Posts.
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil): 60 Posts.
3. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): 17 Posts.
4. Assistant Engineer (Information Technology and Computer Science): 12 Posts.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –
1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): A passed of B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree (including candidates who have joined the course through lateral entry) in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics (Combined)/Power Engineering/ B.Sc (H) in Physics with 3 years’ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from any Institute approved by AICTE/ IITs or Degree in respective branch of Engineering from any recognized University/Institute duly approved by AICTE /AMIE and must have valid score card of GATE 2019 in concerned discipline.
2. Assistant Engineer (Civil): A passed of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) Degree in Civil Engineering /Construction Engineering from any Institute approved by AICTE/IITs or Degree in respective branch of Engineering from any recognized University /Institute duly approved by AICTE/AMIE and must have valid score card of GATE 2019 in concerned discipline.
3. Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): A passed of B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree (including candidates who have joined the course through lateral entry) in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized Institute approved by AICTE/IITs or Degree in respective branch of Engineering from any recognized University/Institute duly approved by AICTE/AMIE and must have valid score card of GATE 2019 in concerned discipline.
4. Assistant Engineer (IT&C): A passed of B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication/M.Sc (Computer Science)/ MCA / B.Sc (Hons) with B.Tech (3 Years’ duration) in Computer Science and Engineering from any Institute approved by AICTE/IITs and must have valid score card of GATE 2019 in concerned discipline.
AGE LIMIT: Required age of the candidate should be in between of 18 - 27 years as on 01-01-2018.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates for WBSEDCL Jobs 2019 Apply Online for 335 Assistant Engineers Vacancy.
PAY SCALE: Rs. 15600 – 39100/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- pm.
