EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below -
1- Assistant Manager Grade A: A passed of Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/ PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University or Ph.D.
2- Manager Grade B: A passed of Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/ PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWBD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized University or Ph.D.
PAY SCALE: As per details given below -
1- Assistant Manager Grade A: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.28150/- p.m. in the scale of 28150-1550(4)-34350-1750(7)–46600–EB-1750(4)-53600-2000(1)-55600 applicable to Officers in Grade 'A' and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 60,000/-.
Perquisites: Bank's accommodation subject to availability, reimbursement of expenses for maintenance of vehicle for official purpose, newspaper, internet, telephone charges, book grant, allowance for furnishing of residence, etc. as per eligibility. Free dispensary facility besides reimbursement of medical expenses for OPD treatment/hospitalisation as per eligibility. Interest free festival advance, Leave Travel Concession (once in 2 years for self, spouse and eligible dependents), Loans and Advances at concessional rates of interest for Housing, Car, Education of children, Consumer articles, Personal computer, etc.
2- Manager Grade B: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 35150/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.35150 - 1750 (9) - 50900 - EB - 1750(2) - 54400 - 2000 (4) - 62400 (16 years) applicable to Officers in Grade 'B' and they will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly Gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 73600/-p.m.

AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 21 years – 30/35 years as on 01-05-2019 for NABARD Recruitment 2019 | RDBS 87 Assistant Manager & Manager Vacancies.
• Maximum: 30 years for Grade ‘A’ i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-05-1989 and not later than 01-05-1998.
• Maximum: 35 years for Grade ‘B’ i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-05-1984 and not later than 01-05-1998.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
REQUIRED APPLICATION FEE: For said vacancy a non- refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. An amount of Rs. 800/-/900/- by General & OBC candidates and Rs.150/- by SC/ST/PWD candidates to be paid through online mode.
POST RESERVATION: All reserved category candidates ie. SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ Women/Ex Servicemen/Widows etc (as applicable) are being selected for said post/s as per existing Govt. policy/rules.
SELECTION PROCESS: Applicants who are screened for applicability /eligibility are being selected as per organization policy/rules depending on the basis of their performance in written test (Online Exam) (Pre & Main) and interview.
1. Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Online Exam).
2. Phase II – Main Examination will be online and will be a mix of MCQ and descriptive pattern.
3. Phase III – Interview.

Phase I (Preliminary) for Grade ‘B’ – Online Examination: 16.06.2019.
Phase I (Preliminary) for Grade ‘A’ – Online Examination: 15/16 June 2019.
Cut off date for determining eligibility: 01.05.2019.
PRE-RECRUITMENT TRAINING (PRT) FOR SC/ST/OBC/PWBD CANDIDATES: The Bank arranges pre examination training to SC/ST/OBC/PWBD candidates, free of cost. Candidates who desire to avail of the training may apply SEPARATELY to the Chief General Manager, NABARD at any one of the centres, in the format furnished below on or before 28 May 2019. The cover containing the application should be super-scribed "APPLICATION FOR PRE-EXAMINATION TRAINING FOR SC/ST/OBC/PWBD CANDIDATES FOR ASST. MANAGER IN RDBS.
The pre-examination training would be held prior to Preliminary Examination in the following centres. The exact date, time and venue would be informed to the candidates in advance on their email given in the application. The training will be held subject to receipt of adequate number of requests.
