2. GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) or National Institute of Technology (NIT). However, this option is not applicable for GAETEC posts.
3. Mechanical Engineering: A passed of at least First Class (condition of First Class does not apply to DST posts) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Applicants must also fulfill ONE of the mentioned additional requirements.
4. GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Mechanical 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from an IIT or NIT. However, this option is not applicable for GAETEC posts.
5. Computer Science & Engineering: A passed of at least First Class (condition of First Class does not apply to DST posts) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Applicants must also fulfill ONE of the additional requirements.
6. GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Computer Science & Information Technology [Paper code: CS] 80% aggregate marks in EQ degree, if done from an IIT or NIT.
7. Chemical Engineering: A passed of at least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
8. GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Chemical Engineering.
9. Chemistry: a A passed of t least First Class (condition of First class does not apply to DST posts) Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university or equivalent.
10. GATE Qualification: Valid GATE score in Chemistry.
AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should not exceed 28/30/35 years as on closing date for DRDO RAC Recruitment 2019 for 290 Scientist/Engineer ‘B’ & Executive Engineer Jobs -
1. DRDO: 28 years.
2. DST: 35 years.
3. ADA: 30 years.
4. GAETEC: 28 years.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt. rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
PAY SCALE: Level-10 (7th CPC) of the Pay Matrix (Rs.56100/-). Total emoluments (inclusive of HRA and all other allowances) at the time of joining will be approximately Rs. 80,000/‐ p.m. at the present metro city rate.
