HPPSC NOTIFICATION: Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC), District Hamirpur - (HP) inviting online (ORA) applications for filling up 226 vacant posts of Language Teacher, Fitter, JEE and others on contract basis from eligible and interested willing candidates. HPPSC EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: As per details given below –
1. Language Teacher: A passed of B.A. with Hindi and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/M.A (Hindi) from any recognized University and pass in Teacher Eligibility Test.
2. Mechanic (Electrical/Printing)/ Copy Holder/ Laboratory Assistant (Pharmacy College): A passed of 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Board of School Education/University.
3. Dispenser/ Fitter/ Technical Assistant: A passed of Matriculate with Science from any recognized University/Board or its equivalent.
4. Laboratory Technician (Pharmacy College): A passed of 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharmacy) recognized by the State Govt. of HP or Central Govt.
5. Sr. Scientist (Drugs): A passed of a Graduate in Medicine or Science from any recognized University/ Board.
6. Hostel Warden: A passed of a Bachelor Degree from any recognized University.
7. Assistant Video Cameraman: A passed of Matriculation Examination from any University/Board.
8. Laboratory Assistant (Biology & Serology): A passed of B.Sc. (Medical) Molecular Biology/Bio-Technology from any recognized University.
9. Junior Environmental Engineer: A passed of a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from any recognized University/ Board.
10. Electrician: A passed of ITI Certificate in the trade from any recognized University/ Board with 4 years experience in the line.
11. Civil Defence Instructor/Chief Instructor/Platoon Commander/Admin Officer/Assistant Store Officer: A passed of 10+2 Examination from any recognized University/ Board.
HPPSC AGE LIMIT: Candidate’s required age should be in between of 18 years - 45 years (For Fitter 18 to 30 years) as on 01-01-2019 for HPSSC Recruitment 2019 Language Teacher, Fitter, JEE and others 226 Vacancy.
AGE RELAXATION: As per Govt rules age relaxation is applicable for said post to all reserved category candidates.
HPPSC PAY SCALE: As per details given below –
1. Elementary Education - Language Teacher (on contract basis): Rs. 10300-34800/-+ Grade Pay Rs.3200/-.
2. Sr. Scientist (Drugs) (on contract basis): Rs.10300-34800/-+ Grade Pay Rs. 3600/-, Rs. 3800/-.
3. Fitter (on contract basis): Rs.6400-20200/-+Grade Pay Rs. 3050/-.
4. Rest all Posts: Rs.5910-20200/-+Grade Pay Rs.1900/-, 3000/-, 2400/-.
HPPSC APPLICATION FEES: For said vacancy a non refundable application fee is to be paid by the candidates as per rules. Rs.360/- by General & OBC category and Rs.120/- by SC/ ST of H.P candidates to be paid through online mode, e-Challan or through e-Payment option or Lokmitra Kendra –
1. Online Payment Gateway or

RESERVATION: All reserved category candidates ie. SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ Women/Ex Servicemen/Widows etc (as applicable) are being selected for said post/s as per existing Govt policy/rules.
HPPSC SELECTION PROCESS: Applicants who are screened for applicability/ eligibility are being selected as per organization policy/rules depending on the basis of their performance in Written Test & Skill tests/ Physical/ Practical Tests -
1. Part-I (Written test of 85 marks): The Written Objective type screening test will consist of 170 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of 85 marks. Each question will be of ½ marks of duration of 2 hours. The skill tests /physical standard and efficiency test etc wherever applicable will be of qualifying nature for those who qualify the Written Objective Test.
2. Part-II (Evaluation of 15 Marks): Evaluation of 15 marks in respect of shortlisted candidates after qualifying written objective screening test / subjective tests and skill tests/physical/practical tests, if any, will be carried out.
