CSBC Bihar Police Constable Notification 2019: बिहार पुलिस में कांस्टेबल की 11880 वैकेंसी निकली हैं, 5 अक्टूबर से इसके लिए 12वीं पास उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं, 18 वर्ष से 25 वर्ष तक के युवा csbc.bih.nic.in पर जाकर इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की अंतिम तिथि 4 नवंबर 2019 है, इन पदों के लिए वेतनमान - लेवल-3 Rs. 21,700 — 69,100/- तय किया गया है, चयन लिखित परीक्षा और शारीरिक परीक्षा के आधार पर होगा, पहले लिखित परीक्षा होगी, यह केवल क्वालिफाइंग होगी, इस पास उम्मीदवार शारीरिक परीक्षा देंगे, शारीरिक परीक्षा में प्रदर्शन के आधार पर फाइनल मेरिट बनेगी। तथा इसके बाद चिकित्सा परीक्षा होगी।
आयु सीमा
1- सामान्य उम्मीदवारों के लिए आयु की न्यूनतम सीमा 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम सीमा 25 वर्ष तय की गई है, आयु की गणना 1 अगस्त, 2019 से होगी, मैट्रिक सर्टिफिकेट में जो आयु है, वही देखी जाएगी।
आयु में आरक्षण संबंधी छूट
2- पिछड़ा वर्ग कोटि एवं अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग कोटि के पुरूषों के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम उम्र 27 वर्ष ।
3- पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग कोटि की महिलाओं के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम उम्र 28 वर्ष ।
4- अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जन-जाति कोटि के पुरूषों एवं महिलाओं के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम उम्र 30 वर्ष ।
5- सभी कोटि/आरक्षण कोटि के (बिहार के प्रषिक्षित एवं बिहार में नामांकित) गृह रक्षकों को निर्धारित/विहित अधिकतम उम्र सीमा में पांच (05) वर्षों की छूट दी जाएगी ।
6- अभ्यर्थी की उम्र की गणना मैट्रिक अथवा समकक्ष परीक्षा के प्रमाण-पत्र में अंकित जन्म तिथि के आधार पर की जायेगी।
अभ्यर्थियों का शारीरिक मापदण्ड - ऊॅंचाई और सीना अभ्यर्थियों का शारीरिक मापदण्ड - के लिए कोई अंक देय नहीं होगा।
परंतु विहित अर्हताएं पूरी नहीं करने वाले अभ्यर्थी असफल घोषित किए जाएंगे ।
(A) ऊॅंचाई -
(1) अनारक्षित (सामान्य) एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग के पुरूषों के लिए- न्यूनतम 165 सेन्टीमीटर।
(2) सभी वर्गां की महिलाओं के लिए - न्यूनतम 155 सेन्टीमीटर।
(3) भारतीय मूल के गोरखा पुरूषों के लिए (सिर्फ बिहार सैन्य पुलिस-01 बटालियन के लिए) - न्यूनतम 160 सेन्टीमीटर।
(4) अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जन-जाति के पुरूष के लिए-
न्यूनतम 160 सेन्टीमीटर।
(5) अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के पुरूष के लिए - न्यूनतम 162 सेन्टीमीटर।
(B) सीना (सिर्फ पुरूषों के लिए)
(1) अनारक्षित (सामान्य)/ पिछड़ा वर्ग / अत्यन्त पिछड़ा वर्ग के पुरूषों के लिए-
बिना फुलाए - 81 सेन्टीमीटर (न्यूनतम)
फुलाकर - 86 सेन्टीमीटर (न्यूनतम)
(फुलाने के बाद सीना की माप में कम से कम 5 सेन्टीमीटर का अन्तर होना अनिवार्य होगा) ।
(2) अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जन-जाति के पुरूषों के लिए -
बिना फुलाए - 79 सेन्टीमीटर (न्यूनतम)
फुलाकर - 84 सेन्टीमीटर (न्यूनतम)
(फुलाने के बाद सीना की माप में कम से कम 5 सेन्टीमीटर का अन्तर होना अनिवार्य होगा) ।
(3) भारतीय मूल के गोरखा के लिए (सिर्फ बिहार सैन्य पुलिस-01 बटालियन के लिए) -
बिना फुलाए - 79 सेन्टीमीटर (न्यूनतम)
फुलाकर - 84 सेन्टीमीटर (न्यूनतम)
(फुलाने के बाद सीना की माप में कम से कम 5 सेन्टीमीटर का अन्तर होना अनिवार्य होगा) ।
(4) महिलाओं के लिए सीना की मापी नहीं होगी ।
चयन की प्रक्रिया-
(A) प्रथम चरण - ‘लिखित परीक्षा’
आवेदन-पत्रों के संग्रहण के उपरान्त, आवेदन-पत्रों की संवीक्षा की जायेगी एवं जिन अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन-पत्र सही पाये जायेंगे, उनके लिए लिखित परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाएगा । लिखित परीक्षा का स्तर बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति के इण्टरमीडिएट (10+2) अथवा समकक्ष स्तर का होगा एवं प्रश्न वस्तुनिष्ठ (आब्जेक्टिव) प्रकार के होंगे प्रकार के होंगे। लिखित परीक्षा 100 अंकों की होगी।
लिखित परीक्षा अंतिम मेधा सूची का आधार नहीं होगी। लिखित परीक्षा केवल शारीरिक योग्यता परीक्षा के लिए क्वालिफाइंग होगी।
लिखित परीक्षा में आधार पर शारीरिक परीक्षा के लिए उम्मीदवारों का चयन होगा।
(B) द्वितीय चरण - शारीरिक योग्यता/दक्षता परीक्षा कुल 100 अंकों की होगी ।
फाइनल मेरिट लिस्ट शारीरिक योग्यता में तीन स्पर्धाओं - दौड़, ऊंची कूद, और गोला फेंक में उम्मीदवार द्वारा प्राप्त कुल अंकों के आधार पर बनेगी।
