1. How do I
download my IBPS call letter?
Ans: Follow the link from IBPS website to
download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration No / Roll No and
Password /DOB (dd-mm-yy) at the required places to download the Call Letter.
2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in
accessing the page?
Ans: Internet based Call letter download depends
on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Aspirants trying to
download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able
to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes
or during off-peak hours during the night.
3. Where do I get the Registration No. and Password?
Ans: Registration No. and Password are generated
at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to
the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto
generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.

- My Date of Birth is rejected on login screen?
Ans:
Aspirant should ensure that the date
of birth is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Aspirant can
refer the Application print for the date of birth entered by him. The date of
Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.
5- I am unable
to IBPPS login / screen displays the login failed message?
Ans: Aspirants should check their entries in
login screen. They should use Registration No. and Password as received at the
time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to them in
auto generated email acknowledgement. Aspirants also, make sure that the date
of birth you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration
and printed in the application print.

IBPS QUALIFICATION EDUCATION: Aspirants
passed class of a Degree Graduation in any discipline from any University
recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as
such by the Central Government.
COMPUTER LITERACY:
Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is
mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer
operations/Language/should have studied Computer/Information Technology as
one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGE: Proficiency in
the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/
write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a
candidate wishes to apply is preferable.
IBPS AGE LIMIT: The
required age of a candidate should be in between of 20 to 28 years as on
01.09.2019, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1991

All eligible aspirants who opt for and wish to avail of
Pre-Examination Training should fill in the relevant column in the ON-LINE APPLICATION. While training
will be imparted free of cost, all other expenses regarding travelling,
boarding, lodging etc. will have to be borne by the candidate for attending the
pre-examination training programme at the designated Centres. Depending on the
response and administrative feasibility the right to cancel any of the Pre-
Examination Training Centres and/ or add some other Centres and/or make
alternate arrangements is reserved.
By merely attending the
Pre-Examination Training no candidate acquires any right to be selected in any
of the Participating Organisations mentioned.
RESERVATION: The reservation for
different categories will be regulated as per provision of the Govt. of India
as amended from time to time.
IBPS SELECTION
PROCESS: The
eligible candidates will be selected for personal interview on the basis of
their performance in Online Examination (Preliminary and Main)/ 2 tiers i.e.
the online examination will be held in 2 phases, Online Preliminary and Online
Main.
Written Examination
Structure: IBPS CRP - Online Examinations; the structures of the examinations which will
be conducted online are as follows -
A. Preliminary Examination -
1. English Language - 30
Questions; 30 Max Marks in 20 minutes.
2. Numerical Ability - 35
Questions; 35 Max Marks in 20 minutes.
3. Reasoning Ability - 35
Questions; 35 Max Marks in 20 minutes.
Total No. of Questions:
100 and 100 Marks. Duration: Composite time of 60
minutes.
Candidates have to qualify in
each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS.
Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending
upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main examination.
B. IBPS Main Examination –
1. General/Financial Awareness -
50 Questions; 50 Max Marks; in 35 minutes.
2. General English - 40
Questions; 40 Max Marks; in 35 minutes.
3. Reasoning Ability &
Computer Aptitude - 50 Questions; 60 Max Marks; in 45 minutes.
4. Quantitative Aptitude - 50
Questions; 50 Max Marks; in 45 minutes.

200 Max Marks; Time allotted - 160 minutes.
The above tests except the Tests
of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
IBPS Cut-off Score (Online Main
examination):
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of
Online Main Examination and also a minimum total score to be considered for
further process. Depending on number of the State/ UT wise vacancies available,
cut-offs will be decided and candidates will be considered for provisional
allotment. Prior to the completion of provisional allotment process scores
obtained in the Online Main Examination will not be shared with the candidates.
Important:
MARKS
OBTAINED IN THE MAIN EXAMINATION ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FINAL MERIT
LISTING.
NOTE: Aspirants please note that
candidates will not be permitted to appear for the IBPS CWE-IX without
the following documents -
1. Valid Call Letter for the
respective date and session of Examination.
2. Photo-identity proof (as
specified) in original bearing the same name as it appears on the call letter/
application form and -
3. Photocopy of photo-identity
proof (as mentioned in (2) above).
Candidates reporting late i.e.
after the reporting time specified on the call letter for Examination will not
be permitted to take the examination.
The reporting time mentioned on
the call letter is prior to the Start time of the test. Though the duration of
the Online Preliminary Examination is 1 hour the candidates may be required to
be at the venue for about 2 hours or more including the time required for
completion of various formalities such as verification and collection of
various requisite documents, logging in, giving of instructions etc.
For the Online Main Examination
though the duration of the examination is 160 minutes, candidates may be
required to be at the venue for about 3 hours or more including the time
required for completion of various formalities such as verification and
collection of various requisite documents, logging in, giving of instructions
etc.
