Eligibility Criteria

Must
have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2
examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks, in aggregate, from a
recognized Board and also possess National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the
notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or
Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/
State Council for Vocational Training. |
Northeast Frontier Railway Apprentice Jobs Age Limit
The
candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed
24 years of age as of 1st April 2022.
NFR Act Apprentice Stipend
The
applicants finally engaged will be provided Stipends at the prescribed rate as
per the Govt. provision.
NFR Apprentice Jobs Application Fees
Application
fees (Non-refundable) – Rs.100/-.
No fees are
required to be paid by SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates.
NFR Apprentice Selection Process
Selection
will be on the basis of the merit list prepared (Trade Wise, Unit Wise,
community-wise).
The merit
list in each unit will be prepared on the basis of the percentage of marks
obtained in the matriculation (With a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) + ITI
marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.

Interested
candidates can submit their applications along with the documents through the
online mode from 01 June to 30 June 2022 as follow -
1. Go
to the official website of NFR @ nfr.indianrailways.gov.in
2. Visit
the' General Info' section then go to ' Railway Recruitment Cell GHY'
3. Click
on the online application link.
4. Put
your details and fill in the Application form.
5. A
confirmation screen with all the data filled in by the candidate will be
displayed. You are advised to verify the details given therein, especially
those fields highlighted in Blue Colour. Once registered, these fields CANNOT
be modified.
6. Upload
clear/legible Photograph, Signature and relevant Documents.
7. A
summary is displayed along with the total amount payable. Click on the
"Make Payment" link, you will be redirected to the payment gateway
website.
8. On
payment of the Application Fees, the same will reflect in your application
profile. You may take a print of your filled in Application form generated, for
your records and future reference.
