Indian Navy Tradesman Educational Qualifications
Skilled (Ammunition Mechanic)
· Aspirants passed of Matriculation or equivalent from a
recognized Board with two years’ Certificate Courses from a recognized Industrial
Training Institute under the Craftsmanship Training Scheme in Electrician
or Electronic Mechanic or Electroplater or Fitter or Instrument Mechanic or
Machinist or Mechanic, Communication Equipment Maintenance.
Remaining Posts
· Aspirants passed of Matriculation or equivalent or Board
with knowledge of English and should have completed Apprenticeship training in
the relevant trade for the post. OR Mechanic or equivalent with two
years of regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy,
and Air Force.
Indian Navy Tradesman Skilled Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the Written
Test and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test, Document Verification and Medical Test.
Indian Navy Tradesman Skilled Pay Scale
The candidates who will be selected for the Tradesman
skilled post will be getting a pay scale of Level 2 and in the pay matrix
Rs. 19900-63200/- pm
(Level-2).
