UPSC NDA 2 Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria: Age, Education, Physical Standards for Male/ Female Candidates
The NDA Exam is held twice a year to select suitable
candidates for admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the
NDA, as well as the Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC). The UPSC NDA
2 2023 Notification is released by UPSC officials on 17th May 2023.
A common Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service
Commission on 3rd September 2023 for admission to the Army, Navy and
Air Force wings of the NDA for the 152nd Course and for the 114th Indian
Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 2nd July, 2024. The UPSC
NDA 2 2023 selection process for eligible males and females will involve a written
examination and SSB interviews. The last date to submit the UPSC
NDA 2 2023 Application Form is 6th June 2023.

Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts a national-level competitive
examination twice a year to select candidates for the Defence Services
and admission to the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the National
Defense Academy and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). UPSC
released the NDA 2 Notification 2023 on 17th May 2023 on their official website.
NDA 2 Notification 2023 Age Limit
Only unmarried male and female jobseekers born
not earlier than 2nd January 2005 and not later than 1st January 2008
are eligible.
UPSC NDA 2 Notification Educational Qualification
- For
Army Wing of National Defence Academy: Aspirants passed of 12th Class of the
10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by
a State Education Board or a University.
- For Air Force
and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme
at the Indian Naval Academy: Aspirants
passed of 12th Class with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the
10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education
Board or a University.

UPSC NDA 2 - Pay Scale
A Stipend to male/
female cadets during the entire duration of training in Service academies i.e.
during training period at IMA Rs 56,100/-p.m.* (Starting pay in Level
10) will be paid.

NDA 2 2023 Exam Pattern
The jobseekers, who are preparing for NDA 2 Exam 2023, must
be familiar with the exam pattern that is followed by UPSC. We have discussed
the details for NDA-2 Exam Pattern 2023 below:
1. The exam will be conducted in an offline mode.
2. The questions will be in Multiple Choice Questions.
3. The questions will be asked in bilingual languages (English
& Hindi).
4. There will be a negative marking of 0.83 marks for Maths, 1.33 for English, and 1.33 marks for GK.
NDA 2 2023 Syllabus
There would be two subjects Mathematics & General Ability Test for which the candidates have to be well-prepared. The jobseekers are advised to not skip any topic for NDA Exam and begin their preparation along with the detailed syllabus. There will be questions from English (200 marks) and General Knowledge (400 marks) in the General Ability Test.
NDA 2 Exam 2023 Admit Card
It is expected that UPSC will release the NDA II Admit Card
in August 2023 for the exam which has been scheduled for 03rd September 2023.
The candidates who are going to register for the exam can download their UPSC
NDA II Admit Card from the official website @upsc.gov.in using their
registration number and password generated at the time of the UPSC NDA II
2023 Application Process.
NDA 2 SSB Interview 2023
The SSB Interview will be conducted for assessing the
Intelligence and Personality Test. The candidates who have qualified in the
written exam have to appear in 2 stages interview process conducted by the
officials. The jobseekers who qualify for the interview round are required to
submit a birth certificate and pass certificate. The merit list will be
prepared on the basis of the candidate's performance in the written
examination and interview round.
NDA 2 Exam 2023 Answer Key
Guys, the answer key for UPSC NDA II Exam will be released
officially after the conduction of the written test. The commission will
be issuing a provisional answer key first to which the candidates can submit
their objections. After the assessment of the provisional answer key and
objections, the final answer key will be released.
NDA 2 Exam 2023 Result
The result of the written test will be released around a month
later after the conduction of the NDA-II 2023 Exam with the names of
candidates shortlisted for the interview round. The commission will be
releasing the merit list of candidates selected for the admission to Army, Navy
and Air Force wings of the NDA and Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC)
of the NDA for the 152nd Course and for the 114th Indian Naval Academy Course
(INAC) after the SSB Interview process.
UPSC NDA 2023 Cut Off
The cutoff for the written exam and final selection is released
after the declaration of the final result. NDA Cut Off marks
for the written exam will be calculated out of 900. The final cutoff marks are
calculated on the basis of marks scored by the last recommended candidates out
of 1800 marks (900 marks for the written exam and 900 marks for the SSB
Interview). The minimum qualifying mark for each subject is 25%.
