discipline Course (or) 3 years regular full time Diploma in Engineering (or) Regular
full time Graduate in any discipline (or) 12th Class

Minimum 18
years and maximum 24 years as on 31st August 2023.

Apprentice Stipend
Rate of stipend
payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act,
1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019 as amended from time to time.
Selection Process
The selection
of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit and interview. The merit
will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. The
interview will be conducted to assess the candidate's aptitude and knowledge. The
selection of candidates for the IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2023 will be done
