application fee is Rs 1,000/- per post and must be paid online. To

The TS DSC

Grade Teachers (SGT), School Assistants, Language Pandits, and Physical

will be given to the TET (TS TET, AP TET or CTET ) score obtained by the

Computer-Based
Test (CBT): This initial stage evaluates
candidates’ knowledge of specific subjects, teaching methodologies, and
educational concepts. It is often conducted as an online multiple-choice test,
and candidates’ performance in this test is a significant factor in their
overall evaluation.
Personal
Interview (PI) or Document Verification: After
clearing the CBT, candidates typically undergo a Personal Interview, where they
discuss their teaching philosophy, experiences, and readiness for the position.
Alternatively, some may undergo Document Verification, ensuring their academic
and professional qualifications align with the requirements.
TET (TS TET,
AP TET, or CTET) Score Evaluation: A
substantial 20% weightage is given to the TET scores, which assess candidates’
understanding of teaching and pedagogy. This weightage emphasizes the
importance of candidates having a strong grasp of the fundamental principles of
teaching.
Final Merit
List: The culmination of these steps is the
preparation of the Final Merit List. This list typically includes the names of
candidates who have successfully cleared all stages of evaluation, along with
their scores and sometimes rankings. The TET scores, in particular, play a
vital role, as they are a significant contributor to the candidates’ overall
marks and their positioning on the merit list.
TS DSC 2024 Exam Summary
The exams
will be conducted for recruitment to the posts of School Assistants
(SA), Language Pandits (LP), Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), Physical Education
Teachers and Special Education Teachers in the Primary Level and Special
Education Teachers in the Upper Primary/Secondary Level. The candidates who
have appeared and qualified in the AP TET/TS TET/CTET Exam are eligible to
apply for TS DSC 2024 Recruitment.
TS DSC 2024 Exam Pattern
· The duration of the exam is 2
hours 30 minutes (180 minutes).
· The TRT Exam for each post
will be conducted separately with the topics related to the posts.
· For each correct answer, there
