Educational Qualification
Candidates
must possess a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized
university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central
Government. It is essential to have valid mark sheets or degree

Computer
Literacy:
Working knowledge of computer systems is necessary for the job as well as to
give the IBPS PO exam which is conducted in online mode.

relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per

application process for IBPS PO Recruitment 2024 is entirely online.

IBPS PO Exam is conducted in three stages:

Preliminary Examination
The
preliminary exam is the first stage of the selection process. It consists of
three sections:
- English Language: 30 questions, 30 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude: 35 questions, 35 marks

total duration of the exam is 1 hour. Candidates need to qualify in each

Main Examination

- General/Economy/Banking
Awareness: 40 questions, 40 marks

Writing & Essay): 2 questions, 25 marks
The
total duration of the exam is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Like the preliminary
exam, candidates must secure minimum cut-off marks in each section.
Interview
Candidates
who qualify in the main examination will be called for an interview conducted
by the participating banks and coordinated by the Nodal Bank in each State/UT.
The interview carries 100 marks, and candidates must secure a minimum of 40%
marks (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) to qualify.

IBPS PO Exam Centre
The IBPS PO
exam is conducted online at numerous centres all over India and the
candidate can mention their preferences at the time of filling in the online
application. However, if there is a non-availability of seats at preferred
venues, IBPS may allot an exam centre other than the choices made by a
candidate. IBPS is the sole authority on adding or removing an exam centre and
candidates can’t make requests for change in the exam centre. Any inappropriate
behavior at the exam centre can lead to the cancellation of the candidature.
IBPS PO Pre-Exam Training
The Nodal
Banks/ Participating Organizations may arrange pre-examination training for
SC/ST/Religious Minority Community candidates at certain centres as per the
guidelines issued by the Government of India. This is a kind of orientation

tips for time management, best practices, basic tricks and strategies by
experts from training institutes. The objective is to provide a level playing field

must download the IBPS PO 2024 admit card from the official website of
the bank as the hard copy of the IBPS PO Admit Card will not be sent to the
