2.     Grade B Manager:

Experience

  • Grade A Manager: Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Grade B Manager: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in the banking or financial services sector.

 


Age Limit

  • Grade A: 21 to 30 years as of the application date.
  • Grade B: 25 to 33 years as of the application date.
  • Age relaxations are applicable as per government rules for SC/ST, OBC, PwD, and other categories.

 


Pay Scale

  • Grade A Manager: The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44500/- with a pay scale of 44500 - 2500(4) - 54500 - 2850(7) – 74450 -EB - 2850(4) – 85850 - 3300(1) - 89150 (17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 1,00,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

 

  • Grade B Manager: The basic salary of SIDBI Grade B Assistant Manager is Rs. 55200/- with a pay scale of 55200 - 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB - 2850 (2) – 86550 - 3300 (4) - 99750 (16 years). The net SIDBI Grade B salary is approx. Rs. 1,15,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.

Selection Procedure

The selection process comprises:

 

1.       Online Written Examination:

o    Objective test on Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge.

o    Descriptive paper for assessing essay and letter-writing skills (Grade B).


2.     Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be invited for a personal interview.


The final selection will be based on merit and performance in both stages.


 


SIDBI 2024 Admit Card

The applicants whose applications are accepted will be issued with SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Admit Card which is the mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. SIDBI Admit Card will be uploaded on the official website of SIDBI @sidbi.in around 10 to 15 days prior to the interview dates. No hardcopy or personal information will be sent to the candidates in terms of the SIDBI Grade A Admit Card 2024.


 


SIDBI 2024 Result

Small Industries Development Bank of India will be releasing SIDBI Grade A and Grade B Result after each stage of the selection process. The candidates who qualify for the online test will have to appear in the interview round. The final SIDBI Grade A Result will be released after the conduction of the interview round.


 


Reservation Policy

The recruitment adheres to the Government of India’s reservation norms:


  • Scheduled Castes (SC): 15%
  • Scheduled Tribes (ST): 7.5%
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27%
