Educational
Qualification
1. Trainee
Officer (PR)
o Must possess Master Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations or its equivalent with 60% marks + UGC NET Dec. 2023 / June 2024 Score. or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants.
2. Trainee
Officer (HR)
o MBA
or PG Diploma in Personnel Management, HR, or equivalent from a recognized
university with at least 60% marks.
3. Trainee
Officer (Law)
o Full-time
regular LLB or 5-year Integrated Law degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
4. Senior
Medical Officer (SMO)
o MBBS
with a valid registration from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State
Medical Council.
Experience
- Trainee
Officers: No prior experience
required, freshers can apply.
- SMO:
Minimum 2 years of post-internship experience in a relevant medical field
is desirable.
Age Limit
- Trainee
Officers: Maximum 30 years.
- Senior
Medical Officer: Maximum 35 years.
Note:
Age relaxations apply as per government norms for SC/ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer),

Pay Scale
Trainee

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – 3% – ₹1,60,000/-
(IDA) during the training period. Upon successful completion, they will be
absorbed as Officers in the same scale with a probation period of one year.
Senior
Medical Officer (SMO):
The pay scale for SMOs is ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000/- (IDA), along with
applicable allowances and benefits.
