CBSE JA & Superintendent Post 2025 Eligibility Criteria
There some eligibility to apply for CBSE Junior Assistant
set by the government. It is mandatory for all the candidates to follow the
guidelines and instructions carefully for the successful registration.
Educational Qualification
- Superintendent:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a
recognized University or equivalent and working knowledge of
Computer/Computer Applications such as Windows, MS-Office, handling of
large database, Internet.
- Junior Assistant:
- 12th Class or
equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University. A typing
speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35
w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of
5 key depressions for each word).
Experience
- Superintendent: Minimum 5 years of
administrative experience in a reputed organization or government office.
- Junior Assistant: No prior experience required,
but preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.
Age Limit
- Superintendent: Minimum 18 years and Maximum
30 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Junior Assistant: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27
years as of January 1, 2025.
Age

Pay Scale
Superintendent: Pay Level-6 of 7th Pay Commission- ₹35,400/-
to ₹1,12,400/- per month.

₹19,900/- to ₹63,200/- per month.
Selection Procedure
The
selection process will consist of the following stages:
1. Written Examination: Objective-type test covering General Awareness, Reasoning
Ability, English/Hindi Language, and Computer Knowledge.
2. Skill Test: For Junior Assistants, a typing test will be conducted.
